Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

 The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who have their place of residence, habitual abode or delivery address outside a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) at the time of conclusion of the contract and delivery and who do not belong to one of these member states.

 Please return the goods as a prepaid parcel to the specified return address and keep the delivery receipt.

 If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging and outer packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging or outer packaging, please use other suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
